It’s World Book Day next week! World Book Day is all about celebrating books and getting children excited about reading.
At Maverick, a love of books is at the heart of what we do. We create inspiring picture books with the aim of getting children excited about stories and encouraging them to learn to read those stories for themselves.
Reading and books are, of course, a huge passion for our authors as well so we’re pleased to see that they’re getting involved in World Book Day this year!
