Mia and Sushi here.  I thought I would squeeze in a blog before Christmas just to let you all know where you can get Sushi my Sausage Dog for a present.  I was told by Maverick that it was really popular at Spirit of Christmas because there are lots of sausage dog fans out there!

You can also find Sushi at Selfridges – its well worth a trip there to see our book amongst all the Christmas decorations.

I am so excited that Christmas is only just around the corner….and there is even a chance it might snow!

Hello!  You haven’t heard from me and Sushi my Sauasage dog for ages – we’ve been so busy.  I’ve been working really hard at school and then we were abroad on holiday.

We went to Germany – Sushi was very very popular there, I’m not quite sure why….?

I’ve got a few weeks until I have to go back to school and I’ve got lots of things planned to do.  We’re going to go on lots of nice long walks and play Frisbee in the park.  That is if the weather holds…it’s starting to feel a bit autumny even though it’s only August.  Sushi likes Autumn though, as he likes chasing squirrels (not that he ever catches them).

Hello all!

Well last weekend, Sushi and I went to a dog show.  I got up at 5am in the morning and spent ages giving him a bath and brushing his coat.  It takes an extra long time because…well because he’s extra long!

So when we got to the show Sushi was gleaming and his coat was shining in the sun.  He was so well behaved and we were both so happy when he was called in first.

I love Sushi my Sausage Dog so much!

It’s been ages since we last wrote a blog – we’ve just both been sooooo busy!  But great news – we’re now going to be holding a book reading in St Albans (on the 13^th April), which is going to be really exciting.  We’d love it if some of you, our readers, pop along and come to listen to Shevon read Sushi my Sausage Dog.

There will be colouring in and badges for everyone!  Sushi is looking forward to all the attention, of course!

Sushi and I have just come back from a really long walk – we went to the forest near my village.  Sushi ran round the trees chasing the squirrels.  We then had a paddle in the stream…it was very cold but Sushi was brave and jumped in!  He had so much fun and I threw him sticks into the water. 

He’s really tired now and has curled up on his pillows for a nap.  So I am typing very quietly.

More snow! Can you believe it!

You’re probably fed up with it now, so enough of that…Let’s talk about our book! It’s not long now until Sushi my Sausage Dog hits the shops and my Sushi becomes a star! Sushi and I have so many plans. Hopefully we will have a photo shoot with the new book. We will obviously post this up when we do!

Maybe Sushi could do book signings too! We could get an ink pad and Sushi could make a paw print. I should be his manager!

So many possibilities. It’s so exciting!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

We both slept in till late this morning, after staying up until gone midnight. We had all our friends and family come over to celebrate the New Year. We all dressed up and Sushi came as a cowboy!

We had a fantastic time, though we have lots of tidying up to do this morning! – Sushi makes a fantastic host, he is always very sweet and everyone loves him. When people are sitting on the sofa, he can sit on three different laps at the same time! He loves to have people cuddling him.

All our decorations are up and all our shopping is done – so Sushi and I decided to go ice-skating!

There’s this fantastic ice rink that they’ve put up in the park and with the frost, everything felt very wintery.

I had to rent two pairs of ice-skates for Sushi! At first he found it difficult as his back legs kept going one way and his front legs the other. But, of course, Sushi soon mastered it and by the end he was skating like a pro. His best trick was a doughnut turn, where he chased his tail and went really fast!

We might try to go again before Christmas – but we haven’t got much time to go now!

Hello Sushi fans! Sushi is very excited about Christmas (and about the release of Sushi My Sausage Dog!). We have lots of fun at Christmas decorating everything. He is very useful at putting up the Christmas decorations; as if he stands on his back legs he can reach the top of the tree! He is such a clever dog.

He was upset today as I had to go present shopping without him – though he understands that I have to go by myself so that I can get his present! He’s going to love it this year.
