April Fools Bear!

Hi everyone, I’m cheating bear – you may not have heard of me as i’m not in Nice Bear Naughty Bear or Please Bear’s Birthday (I had a cold so couldn’t go!).

Today is my favourite day of the year….April fool’s Day! I’ve been trying to think of a joke for agggggeeessss. Then when mummy explained to me about the clocks changing on Sunday (we lost an hour of sleep!), I thought why not do the same.

So with the help of my big brother, last night we set all the clocks and alarms to an hour earlier! Then this morning mummy and daddy started their breakfast a whole hour earlier.

By the time they came to wake me up I shouted “April fools!”…unfortunately it did mean I was awake a whole hour earlier! Whoops!

newspaperHHHEEEEELLLLLLOOOOO!  It’s Boasting Bear here.  We’re going to be in the newspaper….Nah nah nah nah!

I am not sure I was supposed to tell anyone, but I just had to!  Us Bears are the best!  Everyone loves us!  Of course I knew that we would make it into the National newspapers.  How could we not?  With our talent we’ll be on TV in no time. (with me in lead role of course).

I just can’t wait.  Keep a look out for us in the Mail on Sunday, You Magazine.

Soggy Sandwiches!

RAFFLE

It was wet and it was cold….It’s not fair, even my sandwiches got wet!  We put so much effort into getting the picnic ready – I know I moaned about doing it, but I still wanted it to be sunny!  Though not too sunny because then I would be too hot.  A bear isn’t made for heat…Too much fur!

Hang on Moaning Bear (this is Thank You Bear by the way) it wasn’t all bad.  On a good note we made over £384 for Oxford Radcliffe hospital!  The raffle went really well and a very kind graduate drew the winning tickets for us. So THANK YOU everyone who bought the raffle tickets – all the money went to a fantastic cause.

Thank you to everyone who supported the event!

We’re all looking forward to the next one (fingers crossed that the weather is better!)

boasting bearI’m going to Oxford, I’m going to Oxford! Na na na na!  Teacher has asked me, as I am the best bear in the class, to sell raffle tickets for the Teddy Bears’ Picnic.  Of course I am going sell squillions, as everybody likes me and they are sure to buy them.

Watch out Oxford, Boasting Bear from Nice Bear Naught Bear, is coming to town.

Moaning Bear having a moan

mashpotatoI hate the seaside. It smells of fish and there are seagulls that nick your food. It’s not fair, I didn’t want to go to Koob but Kind Bear dragged me down saying that she wanted me to go. Then he spent the whole time with Sonny, Harry and Netty while I got stuck with the pesky seagulls. All they did was moan moan moan moan moan and they kept squawking me “me me me me”. Selfish feathered pests.
Then they tried to make me eat sausage and mash. I hate sausage and mash – the mash is always lumpy! Yuck!

What a dreadful holiday. I would have preferred to stay at home.

Yelling Bear’s turn!

Written by: Naughty Bear

yellingbearIt’s supposed to be someone else’s turn to do the blog today but Teacher Bear said I could do it, so that I could tell you about yesterday.

Well yesterday I yelled all day: I yelled at my mummy and then when I got to school I yelled at my friends…I even yelled at Teacher Bear.

Today I’ve lost my voice, no-one’s talking to me because they can’t hear me.  So Teacher Bear said I could type my blog instead.

I hope I haven’t lost my voice forever! Otherwise I won’t be able to read the Nice Bear Naughty Bear outloud now that we have one in the classroom!

My turn now!

snow3Geer’off it’s my turn now! I’m Bully Bear – and I am bigger and stronger than any of you. We had a snow ball fight today and I won, all by myself as well, as nobody was cool enough to be on my team. All those wimps.

I always do everything by myself; I don’t want anyone to weigh me down. Everyone knows that too – that’s why no-one offers to be my partner when we’re playing games or doing school work. No i’m better on my own.

Perhaps though I may be kind enough to let someone help me in the snowball fight this afternoon at playtime…

xmasbearPsssssttttt….yes you – thought I would post this before Teacher Bear sees! My name is Greedy Bear and I absolutely love Christmas. I eat lots and lots of sweets – my favourite is chocolate coins! Last Christmas I had so much to eat that by the evening I felt very poorly. I still want lots of chocolate this Christmas, but perhaps I won’t eat it all in one go!

I hope that Santa Claws comes, even though I’ve been naughty and eaten too much! Maybe I’ll get the Nice Bear Naughty Bear book in my stocking!

Merry Christmas

Greedy Bear
